You can schedule a Movly Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 9 PM and Sunday 9 AM - 8 PM. You can book on-demand and we'll be there in as little as 30 minutes or you can schedule for the hour of your choice up to 30 days in advance.
Whatever you can fit into a Movly Van, Movly Box or Movly XL. Once you request a Movly, we'll send the right vehicle for your move.
The price of your Lugg depends on several factors, including the vehicle you choose, miles between pick-up and drop-off, time spent loading and unloading, and a variable booking fee.
Example:
You’re scheduling a Lugg Pickup for a sofa you bought off Craigslist, located 5 miles away from your home. It’ll take 10 minutes to load the sofa and 10 minutes to unload it. The price will look like this:
- Base: $30. This covers the crew showing up at the pickup location.
- Mileage: $2.00 x 5 miles = $10. This includes the drive time.
- Labor: $1.40 x 20 minutes (10 minutes at each location) = $28. This is for the time it takes the crew to load and unload your stuff.
- Variable booking fee: The booking fee supports Lugg’s regulatory, safety, and operational expenses and is varies depending on factors such as the origin city, distance, and duration of your Lugg. This fee is included in the total price you see in the app before you confirm your request.
Your total cost for this example will be $68 + the variable booking fee. Remember that pricing varies based on vehicle type, crew size, and the final duration of your move. There’s no minimum labor time – if your move takes less time, you’ll only pay for the time used.
Yes of course! The Movers will pick up and drop off your items all the way into your room of choice. No matter what floor or how many stairs! Please ensure the dimensions of the product being moved will fit into your desired location. If the item does not end up fitting where you would like, simply let your Luggers know where you would like the item. If you would like the item(s) returned to the pickup location, you are responsible for booking a Movly to return the item to the pickup location.
*IMPORTANT* If booking a Movly Van for delivery, the service only covers delivering your items to the door. If you would like items taken into a specific room, you will need to discuss it with your Mover.

- Movly Van: 8ft+ long, 4ft wide, and 4.5ft tall (Please note, king or cal king mattresses will not fit in this vehicle).
- Movly Box: 10ft+ long, 5.5ft wide, and 6.4ft tall.
- Movly XL: 12ft+ long, 6ft wide, and 7ft tall.
After your move is complete, we will then charge the card that's associated with your account. You'll also be prompted to leave a rating & review, and optional tip for your crew.
